I’m Christopher Todd Edwards — the voice behind TicBite NC. Through Beagle Book Club, Campfire Stories with Sasquatch, Hunting Stories, and Don’t Shoot Hunting Dogs, we preserve ethics, land stewardship, and the sacred bond between people and their hounds.
Mission & Values
TicBite NC is a home base for storytelling, advocacy, and family tradition. We teach honor in the chase, respect in the harvest, and legacy in the land — using narrative, mentorship, and real-world legal education to strengthen the community that raised us.
Dedication
Beagle Book Club is dedicated to my grandchildren — Alex, Krystian, and Nicholas.
In 2023, after a head-on collision, I was clinically gone for fifteen minutes. What I experienced changed me — and clarified this mission to finish the work, share the stories, and protect what matters.

About Christopher Todd Edwards
Christopher Todd Edwards — known as TicBite NC — is a storyteller, podcaster, and advocate from Eastern North Carolina. A veteran, trained intelligence analyst, and retired officer from a three-letter federal agency, he blends investigative rigor with the heart of a lifelong outdoorsman.
Through Beagle Book Club, Campfire Stories with Sasquatch, Hunting Stories, and the TicBite NC channel, Todd preserves hound heritage, land ethics, and faith-driven lessons for all ages. In 2023 he survived a near-fatal crash and was clinically gone for fifteen minutes — an experience that deepened his purpose to finish the stories, serve his community, and pass on a legacy of honor, courage, and stewardship.
He dedicates Beagle Book Club to his grandchildren — Alex, Krystian, and Nicholas — and invites listeners and readers to keep the flame: “Honor in the chase. Respect in the harvest. Legacy in the land.”
